Resolution criteria: Extract the current US dollar price of Hedera, multiply it by 100 to convert to US cents, round to the nearest whole cent, and return ONLY that whole number of cents, nothing else (e.g. $0.1185 → 12). Prophecy markets are settled by an AI resolver that reads independent public sources — no human decides the outcome.
